PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR BOOKING POLICIES BEFORESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ,UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit will be required for all clients. This will ensure and confirm your appointment(s) and will go towards your appointment balance.
Health
If you are not feeling well, you will need to reschedule.Your deposit is be transferable to your next scheduled appointment.
Payment
Payments can be made through credit/debit cards or venmo. Cash is only accepted for remaing payment balances.
Running Late & No Shows
There will be a 10 minute grace period.if you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment will be canceled & you will be charged 100% of the service fee. a new deposit fee will be required to re-book.
No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee & will not be able to book any future appointments
Rescheduling & Cancelations
A 48 hour notice is required if needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Same day cancellation will be 100% of the service fee.
